It is a pleasure for the City of Aalborg and Aalborg Sports Union (SIFA) to welcome you to the Youth Games 2007 in Aalborg July 31 to August 5. It is the 9th time we are hosting the Youth Games, and at present we have registered 1604 participants from far and near. This time, the participants must be born from 31 July 1991 to 31 July 1994.

The opening ceremoni will take place in ”Skovdalen” – an outdoor concert location – and similar to the previous Youth Games in 2003, we will establish a ”Sports Village” next to Aalborg Stadium, where there will be music and various activities from 5.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. every day exept Thursday. The Games end with a giant party in the Stadium Sports Centre Saturday evening.
Please see the programme for the Youth Games below. However there will be additional activities in the different sports.
Tuesday 31/7: Supper in Aalborg Parken and opening of the The Youth Games in ”Skovdalen”
Wednesday 1/8: Sport – activities in the ”Sports Village” and supper in Aalborg Parken
Thursday 2/8: Sport – supper together with the local sport club
Friday 3/8: Sport – activities in the ”Sports Village” and supper in Aalborg Parken
Saturday 4/8: Sport – activities in the ”Sports Village”, closing ceremony and ”Good-bye-party”
Sunday 5/8: Departure
